Green papaya is one of the best galactagogue, which means that it is an agent that induces lactation. The enzymes in green papaya enhance milk production and also provide you with essential vitamins like Vitamins A, B, C, E, K, Folate, and Pantothenic acid. It also contains Magnesium, Potassium, and Calcium.

Apricot:
