I had a very interesting conversation this afternoon. It was with a friend where along the line she shared something very inspiring and informative. In short, I found it educative and just can’t wait to share with you as well.

According to her, she shared an unpleasant ordeal on severe and persistent waist pain couple with irregular period for some times. She consulted a doctor which in turn asked her what could be the reason for the early waist pain despite she’s still very young. A pretty young lady for that matter, not married yet. Well, I don’t really know if it’s only elderly people that encounter waist pains or both. But if you were with me today to see the young lady I’m talking about, perhaps you will be wondering why the persistent waist pain at her age. I went further to ask if she usually put physical pressure on herself and she answered in negative.

So, she shared with me some remedy tips given to her by a good Samaritan and got a breakthrough result from there. One of the remedy was that she should resort to fasting (not spiritual fasting as in prayer). It’s the diet based fasting of which she was expected to eat only fruits, vegetables and water. No solid food, carbonated drinks, dairy or caffeine attached. She did as she was told and got an amazing result. I even forgot to mention that, she maintained the fast for some days (can’t really specify the exact number of days).

What were her breakthrough results? The waist pain was gone and her menstrual period came back to normalcy. Up to this date, she hasn’t encountered any pains whatsoever, internally. Isn’t that interesting to you? But wait a minute… there was something far more interesting than what you just read.

According to this lady, her Samaritan friend recommended some fruit diet base on her blood type or call it blood group. This part caught my attention and so I picked interest to learn more😀.

I got back home without wasting time did more research to satisfy my curiosity on fruit diet base on blood type. I found out that there are certain fruits one with a blood type should eat to improve his or her health.

Plums, prunes, and figs are said to be very beneficial for type O’s. They tend to cause an alkaline rather than an acidic, reaction in the digestive tract. Click To Tweet

For instance, if your blood type is O , you are expected to eat a particular fruit group that suits your blood type with zero tolerance. What this does is to give you all the necessary nutrients both your blood type and general wellbeing as well. You are expected to avoid certain fruits your body system can’t tolerate and focus mainly on the non- tolerance ones.

I think even if you don’t have tolerance in the fruit group not recommended for your blood type, it’s still good to eat but not as much as the ones recommended. However, this does not in any way indicate that you neglect the non-recommended fruits except your body system can’t tolerate them.

The following below are the beneficial fruits for each blood type:

“There is currently no strong evidence to prove that this diet is effective or to support its use.

People following a specific blood type diet may report improved health, but this could occur due to them eating more healthful food in general.

It is always important for a person to pay attention to how their body reacts to the foods and beverages that they consume so that they can get to know what diet works best for them. It is best to maintain a well-balanced, varied diet that contains foods with high nutritional content.

As with any diet or exercise program, it is important to speak with a doctor before embarking on a specific diet for blood type”.
